unshaming the signs
I have found it to be true that what most ails me is the persistent sense that something is wrong with me, that I am inherently bad, that I am unlovable, that I’m a problem.
THIS IS SHAME.
I have found it to be true that if I believe there is something wrong with me then I will bring that belief to the timelines that astrology can help me dream into being and project those beliefs into my future.
I have found it to be true that it is very difficult to see my birth chart clearly when shame is the primary lens for self-witnessing.
I have found it to be true that the planets cannot talk to me about love and possibility if I believe they are here to shame me.
And so I’ve found it to be true that shame is the doorway. I unshame by walking through to the parts of myself I think are problems.
Unshaming the Signs is a radical, new approach to the zodiac which I have been introducing one sign at a time in monthly Zoom meetups and in the Instagram promo for those meetups.
I’ve been having a lot of fun sharing this framework and engaging with those who are resonating with it. Check out this small sample from the promo so far.

It’s important to understand that this framework takes as a given that YOU ARE ALL 12 SIGNS. You have every sign in your chart, and each sign governs a sphere of life, whether or not you have points or placements in that sign.
The signs are much more expansive to study when you release them from this idea that they are personality traits and let the signs function as ways of being human. Each sign speaks to a way that we do human-ing. From my perspective as a space holder for lots of folks, when you cede a sign to someone else, or insist that it’s “not me,” then you are shaming the parts of you that want to live through that sign in you.
To experiment with this approach at no cost, I invite you to check out the replay for Unshaming the Signs: Gemini. I offered this one for free to honor Gemini as the part of you that is curious, that wants to play, and that is open to trying new ideas. It was a hugely exciting and affecting session.
Each Unshaming the Signs meetup is completely different because we’re accessing the unique frequency of that sign. I never know what we’re going to do until it’s happening. In this way, it’s very alive and emergent.
Unshaming the Signs is not a “classroom.”
This is magical space – where transformation, healing, and re-storying become possible.
