Ablaze
A 4-month Initiation into Your Most Potent Leadership
ABLAZE is my high intensity group initiation space for big-hearted leaders craving to distill, embody, and amplify their most authentic voice.
It’s for healers, teachers, coaches, mentors, artists, designers, writers, and other intuitive creators who have an entrepreneurial business that centers the power of their unique and visionary perspective.
You already know that you have a viable dream. You have the evidence of regular business. Proof of value.
But what’s emerging for you is a more potent, fearsome version of your leadership. And it scares you. You know you’re resisting your own becoming because you are terrified of inhabiting their fire.
ABLAZE is a crucible.
Inside of 4 months, you will be held to the fires of your own sublime heart. You say Yes because you crave the courage to truly see how big you are.
We join to gather in a community capped at 12 participants for intimacy, vulnerability, and true transformation.
You will not be the same leader on the other side of this. You will be more of who you already are.

I’m designing this offering to support folks like myself who are naturally feel safe expressing their benefic qualities but resist the medicine of their malefic wisdom.
In astrology, we have these helpful terms: benefic and malefic.
The benefic planets like Venus and Jupiter help you to grow through attraction, coherence, and goodwill. When they move through you, they feel inviting, harmonizing, and nourishing.
The malefic planets like Mars, Saturn, and the Sun help you to grow through pressure, differentiation, and truth. When they move through you, they help you cut, concentrate, and clarify.
When you see the benefics as modes of holding power rather than personality traits you have or don’t have, you are able to recognize the importance of relating to your malefic sides without judgment.
In order to hold and be seen holding your power in all its potency, you must grow the capacity to be able to say: This. Not that.
This is a maturation process. You become more mature in your leadership the more you hold your malefic nature with ease.
The malefics bring containment to your fire.
Malefic power gets clarified through the art of noticing, naming, and enacting your No’s. This is how you grow self-respect and the respect of your community.
Respect is malefic because in order to live in ways that you truly respect, you will notice that there will be those who respect how you hold yourself, and there will be those who don’t. Thus, there’s a separating function.
When your audience feels that you’re not hustling to be respected by everyone because you hold your own container of self-respect, they respect you more.
You embody this through your voice as a felt presence. And it’s in the evidence of your boundaries, pricing, protocols, and non-negotiables.
Without malefic power:
- Your generosity becomes draining
- Your boundaries feel fuzzy
- Your pricing plateaus
- Your authority stays negotiable
- Your voice wears a filter to stay safe
Malefic power does not make you less loving. It gives your love a slow and steady unmistakable burn.
The truth is that when you resist embodying your malefic power in its fullness, you will come to resent your community one way or another.
You may resent that your audience don’t fully see you – because you aren’t letting them.
You may resent that your clients don’t pay you more – because you aren’t holding to a contract you respect.
Maybe you resent that more established leaders aren’t inviting you in – because they can tell you haven’t invited yourself all in.
Malefic power allows:
- Pace that protects the work
- Resonance that magnetizes with less effort
- Clear endings, deeper impact
- Strong thresholds for your medicine
- Work that can withstand projection
- Integrity over approval
- Presence that alters the room

ABLAZE is for the leader on the threshold.
Examples:
- you are expanding your team and learning how to let go of control, while also feeling the pressure to be more clear about your preferences and standards
- you are exhausted from the abundance of your business but you’re terrified to raise your prices and scale your offerings in the face of leaving anyone out
- you recognize that you may be bringing in (way) more income than your partner / circle of friends, and you’re holding fear around what this will mean for your relationship(s)
- you want to expand your family, but you don’t know how to make room for this new identity
- you are coming up on a big catapult in visibility, such as a book or record launch, and you’re feeling a bit scared about so much attention
- your business has plateaued, and it’s probably because you need to update, but you’re afraid to let go of what you’ve created
- you want to invite in students to support you in collaborative roles, but you’re unsure how to do this in right relationship
- you feel called to scale from 1:1 clients to a school, or a school into a community, and it’s frightening to rearrange your entire business model
- you are known for a particular kind of offering but your heart is calling you in another direction, and the risk is that the community you’ve worked so hard to build won’t want to go with you
We live in a culture of expertise that quietly erodes our right to remain human. Once you are paid for your wisdom, once people turn to you for insight, clarity, and leadership, an unspoken expectation can arise that you should already have everything figured out. That if you were truly “good” at what you do, you wouldn’t need support. This is a distortion, and it is harmful.
ABLAZE is intentionally designed as a protected space where that pressure dissolves. Your human vulnerability is treasured here, not as a liability, but as a source of real power.
Here, being a person of wisdom means being someone who can welcome not knowing everything.
ABLAZE is where your ongoing emergence is honored, where you are allowed to be both an authority and a learner, and where real transformation happens because you trust it is safe to be human while your power continues to grow.
Baba Yaga, the Patron of Ablaze
To support you in this initiation, I am bringing through the great teacher Baba Yaga. Baba Yaga is a figure from Slavic folklore, an ancient witch of the forest who tests those who seek her, granting fire, wisdom, or destruction depending on their readiness to meet reality without flinching.
Baba Yaga is both a teacher from The Other Side who you can interact with, and also a force within yourself who can speak for you in the world, helping you hold your malefic edges when other parts of you are terrified.
Each of the 9 trainings between live meetups will be an in-depth invitation from Baba Yaga through Britten.
Voices that cackle
Voice is not just a communication tool. It is a decision-making instrument, a boundary-setting mechanism, and a way reality reorganizes itself around you. In ABLAZE, we work with two distinct forms of speech because each does different work in the nervous system and the field.
In every live session of ABLAZE, you will be asked to vocalize for up to 6 minutes. In the first 2-3 minutes you will share what has been coming up for you with the recorded training and identify what you are cutting, clarifying, and no longer giving your energy.
And then in the second 3 minutes you will summon what you want from the voice of the Future You who already embodies what you want because you chose to release the old patterns. Summoning is magical speech, and it will be extremely expansive and high sensation for all of us to witness and experience.
The first round of speaking clarifies your No. This kind of speech creates clean endings. It metabolizes insight and converts awareness into consequence.
The second round, summoning from the voice of your Future Self, activates a different register entirely. This is not visualization or affirmation. It is a form of heightened, embodied speech that allows you to feel what it’s like to speak from the version of you who has already made the choice and lived into it.
Practiced together, these two modes create rapid integration. You don’t just understand what you want to change, you experience yourself on the other side of it. The high sensation comes from coherence. When voice, desire, and decision line up, the body responds. This is why the work lands so quickly and why what happens in the room carries directly back into how you lead, choose, and move in your life and business.
What makes this work so potent is not just what you are saying, but where and how you are saying it. Heightened speech practiced alone can be meaningful, but it does not carry the same charge.
In ABLAZE, you are speaking while being witnessed by a circle of peers who are also leaders, also risking themselves, also holding heat. That collective attention raises the stakes. Your nervous system learns how to stay present, clear, and rooted while being seen. The sensation is stronger, the imprint deeper, and the integration faster.
This is rehearsal for real life. The capacity you build here transfers directly into high-stakes moments beyond the container: speaking on a podcast with someone you deeply respect, launching an offering that stretches your identity, holding authority in rooms where the energy is charged and the eyes are on you. You’re not just practicing new language. You’re training your body to remain coherent under visibility.
This is why the work doesn’t stay in the room. You take the sensation, the steadiness, and the voice with you into your audience field, your leadership, and your next edge.
Baba Yaga will be holding you to this commitment. Baba Yaga does not coddle.
After each live meetup, Britten will create an in-depth recorded response to what came up in the live vocalizations. These will vary from mentorship on specific business topics to energy reading transmissions for particular participants.
What we’re weaving here are standards that sing.
Standards that sing are the agreements you set with reality that are felt somatically through your voice, timing, edges, and choice.
Benefic, generous leaders are often resistant to holding strong standards. There is a real fear of being perceived as mean, withholding, or overly authoritative. So edges get softened. Care becomes over-accommodation.
But what often goes unnamed is that the absence of standards does not create safety, it erodes it. Without clear containment, the space becomes porous, the work is diluted, and the nervous system of everyone involved is subtly on guard.
Standards are how love becomes trustworthy. They protect the space and everyone within it, including you. They allow people to relax into the work because the structure can be relied upon.
In ABLAZE, you practice holding standards as an act of care. This is how your work matures. This is how your voice becomes unmistakable. This is how what you offer begins to sing.
You become known as someone who over-delivers. Not because you gave more than you should have.
When you embody standards that sing, you deliver with such integrity, attunement, and force that the transmission exceeds expectation. The impact is disproportionate to the effort expended. Not because you drained yourself, but because the container was strong enough to hold heat.
This is how your generosity becomes both sustainable and regenerative.
You feel stronger the louder you sing, because precision restores your vitality.
This space is a gift from my chart
My Pisces Sun, Mercury, and Venus radiate compassion and deep wells of attunement.
My Capricorn Moon holds a form of care that doesn’t coddle, doesn’t compete, and doesn’t do your emergence work for you.
My Aries Rising, with Mars in Cancer, celebrates and is genuinely impressed by your audacity to want more, and by the emotional courage you are embodying in being here.
I see you in the fullness of your dignity, and I respect your agency completely.
Wanting to be held here means you recognize a clean field, clear boundaries, and a sturdy presence that can hold what you are becoming without needing anything from you in return.

This is for you if:
- You know your voice has impact and you have proof from the marketplace of your value
- You are already receiving money, momentum, or recognition from your work
- You identify with your inherent benefic nature
- You feel the tension between your sweetness and your authority
- You sense you are holding back your full potency to stay safe or liked or understood
- You yearn to embody standards that sing
- You are willing to risk being projected on, misunderstood, or judged in order to show up with more potency
- You want your work to mature, not just expand
- You are up for the vulnerability of a group initiation
This is not for you if:
- You want a classroom, not a structured crucible experience
- You are not willing to hold the mic and sharing your voice with the group under the pressure of a timer
- Your dream is still so emergent that you don’t have enough practice holding it to know what support you need
- You want step-by-step business tactics or growth hacks
- You are not yet earning from your work and need foundational support
- You resist being challenged or destabilized by the initiatory experience
- You don’t have the financial capacity to seek additional outside resources to support you with what comes up in the container (like therapy or energy healing)
- You simply would rather work with Britten 1-on-1

My Story
As a deeply Pisces person, my imagination has always felt as real as visible reality. I am inherently optimistic. I trust inspiration. I trust where my story is taking me.
As my entrepreneurial path took hold, it became clear that my work required a maturation of boundaries. Not to dim my voice, but to protect it. To stay focused on my craft. To stay loud without fragmenting myself.
I receive a great deal of projection and pedestalization. I always have. There was a time when I wished I could disappear in response to that, but I now understand this as an unavoidable aspect of leadership and visibility. Learning to stay present, rooted, and self-respecting in the midst of it has been one of my central initiations.
My deepest devotion is to the teachings that want to move through me. I am willing to meet whatever healing and transformation that devotion requires, again and again, so the work can continue.
That devotion now supports a multi–six-figure business rooted in teaching, authorship, and long-term community, built through voice rather than force.
In 2021, I invested this exact level of commitment into a high-intensity coaching space. That decision did not come from urgency or scarcity, but from a clean willingness to meet myself at my fire. Nearly immediately, my income tripled, and I was able to leave my university teaching position. More importantly, I learned what it meant to stay with myself through expansion.
ABLAZE is where I pass on the energetic skillsets I’ve developed for staying with what matters. This is a space where you receive real-time wisdom as it meets your actual business, your voice, and your leadership, held within clear boundaries and deep respect for your agency.
FAQ
Is this a business or strategy program?
ABLAZE doesn’t teach business strategies in isolation. It works with the energetic conditions that make strategy effective: how you hold authority, set boundaries, use your voice, and stay rooted in what matters. When these foundations shift, your business decisions, offers, and strategies naturally become clearer and more potent.
Do I need to be an astrologer or understand astrology to participate?
No. Astrology language (benefic and malefic) is used as a symbolic framework, not a technical one. This work is about embodiment and lived leadership, not astrology knowledge.
Does my business need to be spiritual in order to fit in here?
No. Your work does not need to be spiritual in form. You don’t need to use spiritual language, teach mystical concepts, or identify as a healer or guide. What is required is openness to transformation. ABLAZE works with magic not as belief, but as change: the kind that happens when voice, standards, and authority shift at a fundamental level. If you are willing to be altered by the experience, you will be at home here.
Participants will come in from a broad range of fields. Our connection will be rooted in resonance.
How is this group container distinct from your previous one known as Underdog to Diva?
Underdog to Diva was designed for people in the early stages of trusting their audacity. Many participants were still anchoring into the belief that their dream could be real, viable, and supported. The work centered on compassionate momentum, building confidence, and staying with the process of making something happen. It was tender, catalytic, and deeply special.
ABLAZE is for people whose work is already working.
There is less of a question mark around will this happen? and more at stake around who am I becoming as it does? Participants in this space are already leading, already holding others, already being paid for their wisdom. That creates a different kind of vulnerability. It can be harder to be the learner when you are used to being the one others rely on.
This container is intentionally designed as a peer circle of leaders at a similar threshold, so the conversations can go where they need to go. The investment reflects that reality. Not as a hierarchy of worth, but as a standard that protects the depth, honesty, and sophistication of the work. ABLAZE isn’t “better” than earlier containers. It’s simply calibrated for a later stage of leadership, where the questions are sharper, the stakes are higher, and the transformation is protected by mutual authority.
How do I know if I am better fit for Ablaze or The Magician’s Table?
The Magician’s Table is an Aquarian, experimental, and communal space centered on discovery and group magic. Participants arrive from many stages, from brand-new readers to more experienced practitioners, and the emphasis is on exploration rather than application. You can be in The Magician’s Table without needing to make anything real in the marketplace. Britten intentionally stays out of the way so the collective intelligence can lead.
ABLAZE is a different threshold. Here, Britten is fully in the room.
The focus is not on discovering whether you have a voice, but on how you wield it under pressure. This container is more malefic in nature: about standards, containment, consequence, and leadership. The work is designed to translate directly into visibility, authority, and real-world stakes. Participants are already leading, already earning, already being seen, and are now grappling with what it means to hold more power without losing themselves.
What does “high-intensity” actually mean?
High-intensity means this work engages your nervous system, not just your intellect. You will be invited to speak, be seen, and hold your truth under pressure. This is an active, embodied practice where fear, desire, and clarity are met through the voice in real time, in the presence of peers. For the right people, the intensity feels enlivening rather than overwhelming. You are building capacity for sensation, authority, and presence that carries directly into your leadership, your business, and your relationships.
How much will I be expected to speak?
In each live session, participants will be invited to vocalize for up to 6 minutes:
- 2 – 3 minutes naming what you are releasing or clarifying
- 3 minutes summoning from the voice of your Future Self
In off-weeks, each participant takes turns hosting a group conversation meetup on the topic of the host’s choice. These meetups are optional, but encouraged for deeper intimacy and practice being seen sharing your wisdom. If you’re hosting, the goal is to create a space spacious enough to cultivate connection and structured enough to hold potency. (Britten will not attend these.)
Remember: You do not need to be polished, but you do need to be willing.
What if I feel awkward or exposed using my voice?
That feeling is expected, and it’s part of the initiation.
Awkwardness often arises when you’re shedding a familiar mask and letting a truer register of your voice come through. In ABLAZE, exposure is held with care, pacing, and good humor, within a peer circle that understands the stakes of being seen. You are never asked to override your body or perform beyond what feels alive. Over time, what begins as awkwardness becomes steadiness, presence, and trust in your own voice. That transition is one of the core transformations this space is designed to support
How do I know I’m a fit for this space?
You are a fit if you recognize yourself here. If you are already earning, already visible, already someone others turn to, and you feel a quiet ache for a place where you don’t have to hold it all together, that’s part of the signal.
Britten’s containers shapeshift in response to who enters them, and that intelligence is intentional. The right participants arrive not because they meet external criteria, but because they feel the recognition and are willing to step into a space where authority, vulnerability, and learning coexist. If you feel both seen and slightly undone by this page, if you sense that you are ready to be held while you become more of who you already are, you’re likely a fit.
Is there a minimum income level I need to be making to be a fit for ABLAZE?
There isn’t a specific number you need to hit. Income alone doesn’t tell the full story. What matters more is whether your work is already working in the world. If you are earning with some consistency, being paid for your wisdom and skill, and experiencing real consequence around your voice, visibility, and decisions (such as return clients, referrals, or clear impact), you are likely in the right territory.
Your business may not yet cover all of your bills, but it is no longer hypothetical. There is traction. There are stakes. And you are willing to move through the next transformation required to carry what is already asking to grow..
